I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, integrating complimentary theories and research-based techniques to offer an individually-tailored treatment, focused on helping my clients achieve their goals. I build a therapeutic collaborative relationship with my clients based on understanding and respect and offer a safe environment, free of judgment.
I have noticed that many clients have begun therapy with one or two main issues in mind such as not being able to make an important decision, feeling unhappy, or having difficulties with relationships. I have also noticed that in the process of therapy, they report not only having resolved the issues they came to therapy for but also enjoying many positive results in other areas of their lives. I believe everyone has the capacity to feel happy and fulfilled and my goal is to guide my clients towards inner peace, empowerment, and self-actualization.
